Ich erm\u00e4chtige das Finanzierungsinstitut, mir andere Produkte und Dienstleistungen, auch von Konzerngesellschaften des Finanzierungsinstitutes, anzubieten. Ich kann diese Erm\u00e4chtigung zur Datenbearbeitung zu Marketingzwecken bzw. zur Zustellung von Informationen jederzeit widerrufen.<\/p><p><strong>Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern (Outsourcing):<\/strong>\u00a0Das Finanzierungsinstitut kann Dienstleistungen an Dritte auslagern (\u201eDienstleister\u201c), insbesondere im Bereich der Abwicklung von Gesch\u00e4ftsprozessen, IT-Sicherheit und Systemsteuerung, Marktforschung und -bearbeitung, der Berechnung von gesch\u00e4ftsrelevanten Kredit- und Marktrisiken sowie der Administration von Vertragsverh\u00e4ltnissen (z.B. Antrags- und Vertragsabwicklung, Inkasso, Kommunikation mit Kunden). Das Finanzierungsinstitut stellt diesen Dienstleistern die zur Erf\u00fcllung der vertraglichen Pflichten notwendigen Daten zur Verf\u00fcgung und kann diese Daten daf\u00fcr auch ins Ausland weiterleiten. Dienstleister, deren Mitarbeiter sowie Subunternehmer sind dabei vertraglich zur Einhaltung des Datenschutzes gem\u00e4ss den Anforderungen des schweizerischen Datenschutzgesetzes, zur Wahrung des Bankkundengeheimnisses entsprechend dem schweizerischen Bankengesetz und zur Vertraulichkeit verpflichtet. Ich nehme in diesem Zusammenhang zur Kenntnis, dass meine Daten an Dienstleister in Staaten weitergeleitet werden k\u00f6nnen, die gegebenenfalls \u00fcber keinen gleichwertigen Datenschutz wie die Schweiz verf\u00fcgen.\u00a0Ich best\u00e4tige, dass ich mit der Verwendung von elektronischer Kommunikation zwischen dem Finanzierungsinstitut und mir bzw. dem Vermittler einverstanden bin.<\/p><p>Ich akzeptiere die \u00dcbermittlung von Daten auch \u00fcber das Internet und mir ist bewusst, dass das Internet ein offenes, f\u00fcr jedermann zug\u00e4ngliches Netz darstellt.
